Important Details
Express shipments are processed and dispatched the next day (Monday through Friday) if they are placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1 (excludes weekends & holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Brother & Sisters custom jewellery is handmade according to your specifications and it requires an additional 3-5 business days for personalisation. Following that, we begin preparing and dispatching your order.
We prepare and dispatch every order within 24-48 hours. As soon as we receive your order, and if you ordered custom jewelry, all items will be ready.
*Delivery transit days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
