Express shipments are processed and delivered the same day (Monday through Friday) if they are placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1 (excludes weekends & holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

*Delivery transit days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

After we receive your order, we start the production of your custom jewellery, and it requires an additional 5-10 business days for personalisation. Following that, we begin preparing and dispatching your order.

We have a 30 day, no-questions asked return policy from when you receive your order.

Ordered the wrong size or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 30 days to exchange your item after you receive your order.
